Who We Are
The First of Its Kind
ALFA Oilfield Services is the first Middle Eastern company to design, manufacture, and commercially deploy MWD/LWD downhole tools entirely in-house. Where others source components from third-party OEMs, ALFA controls every step — from raw material and precision machining to electronics assembly, sensor calibration, and field deployment.
Our Houston, TX manufacturing facility sits at the center of the global oilfield technology ecosystem, giving us access to world-class engineering talent and supply chain infrastructure. Our regional operations in Kuwait connect us directly to the operators, drilling contractors, and formation environments of the Middle East.

Company Milestones
Company Founded
ALFA Oilfield Services established with a vision to manufacture directional drilling tools in-house for the Middle Eastern market.
Houston Facility Integrated
Manufacturing and R&D facility joint ventures in Houston, TX — home to precision CNC machining, electronics assembly, and HPHT test benches.
First MWD Tool Deployed
ALFA's proprietary MWD system completed its first commercial deployment, validating the in-house design and manufacturing process.
APR Tool Launched
Azimuthal Propagation Resistivity tool released, expanding ALFA's LWD capability with real-time geosteering and formation imaging.
ADNP & DDS Released
Full suite completed with the launch of the Azimuthal Density/Neutron Porosity tool and Dynamic Detection Sub.
Regional Expansion
